A combination of breath and movement enables the body to gently stretch.  

Releases tension, improves flexibility.

Postures are modified or extended to suit each individual and yogic breathing techniques are practised.

KETTLERCISE

Join us for this vigorous workout which improves both strength and flexibility

whilst burning up to 600 calories an hour!

 

Kettlercise is an all-over weight training programme using just one simple piece of equipment- the Kettlebell.

 

The class meets on Saturday mornings, 9-9.55am

 

Sessions are £5 per class or £27 per six-week half term.
